As the Emergency Department Clinical RN Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, quality nursing care. You will collaborate with a talented team of board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and nurses, utilizing advanced technology to facilitate optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will help manage transitions of care, supporting patients and their families through every step of their healthcare journey. In this position, you will: Provide exceptional nursing care within the context of the organization's Framework for Professional Practice. Serve as a role model and clinical expert for nursing staff. Delegate and supervise clinical work effectively, ensuring high standards of care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experiences.
