Crisis Care System Manager

What you will be doing?
Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Care System, including Crisis Line/telephone services and Mobile Crisis Response.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling volunteers and paid staff.
Manage program development, supervise Crisis Care System employees, handle on-call supervisory duties, administrative responsibilities, and respond to service requests and community relations.
Work with a team of service providers within the agency and the social service community to meet client needs. 24/7 availability required.
Assist with crisis response (telephone and mobile), including crisis consultation and community mobile crisis response.
Note: Some work may be performed remotely, subject to performance and operational needs, with management discretion.
Complete all reports timely (e.g., Productivity MRO Reports, Outcome Measures, Billing Review).
Ensure proper staffing patterns, including overnight, evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Adhere to financial guidelines, including MRO expectations.
Evaluate staff performance, conduct coaching or corrective actions, and complete evaluations promptly.
Provide independent program coverage as scheduled or in emergencies.
Schedule and lead monthly program meetings, ensuring staff accountability.
Gather input from stakeholders to improve services.
Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal rules and regulations.
Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
Train staff (RSS, QMHP, MHP) in necessary skills aligned with program standards.
Provide on-call supervision and support to staff.
Ensure documentation and billing are completed per guidelines, including weekly MRO documentation in Cx360.
Meet monthly productivity standards.
Conduct effective crisis intervention assessments.
Maintain files and records (meeting minutes, safety documentation, personnel info, etc.).
Review and ensure proper completion of logs, incident reports, safety plans, and case notes.
Navigate Cx360, ensuring correct client profile completion and program entry.
Ensure monthly clinical supervision for non-licensed staff and participate in supervision meetings.
Accurately process staff payroll and manage PTO requests via payroll system.
Monitor staff training compliance and assist with scheduling trainings.
Oversee staff daily assignments, accountability, and log submissions.
Monitor MRO billing goals monthly and discuss with staff.
Ensure quality Mobile Crisis Response and Crisis Line services per guidelines and accreditation standards.
Develop and implement Crisis Care System programs.
Oversee community linkage referrals and follow up as needed.
Promote awareness and respect for diversity among clients, staff, and stakeholders.
