Job Overview: The Senior Cloud Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical Cloud Identity systems, managing work from inception to lifecycle. The role requires developing detailed architectural diagrams to meet complex technical requirements, with in-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud environments, especially in Identity Services. Responsibilities: Serve as a consultant on various technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to achieve business outcomes. Develop software solutions to automate manual or inefficient processes and contribute to the overall technology strategy. Translate business requirements into technical documentation and deployment blueprints in line with standards. Participate in technical and infrastructure steering committees. Evaluate reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for suitability. Mentor team members to ensure compliance with standards. Promote an inclusive and productive work environment. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering with enterprise-scale solutions and security systems. Deep technical knowledge of Cloud Identity systems. Hands-on experience with security services on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Extensive experience with Identity solutions in cloud environments. Knowledge of security best practices, threats, and mitigation strategies. Advanced scripting skills in Python, Perl, Java, or PowerShell. Strong understanding of Kerberos, NTLM, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies. Subject matter expertise to coordinate efforts across teams. Knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields. Certifications like AZ-500 or AWS Certified Security Specialty. Experience with encryption, key management, and scripting.
