Compensation:
$19.25 - $23.00 per hour for full-time and part-time roles. Education Requirements:
You must meet one of the following: High School Diploma with at least one completed college course High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree What We Offer: Comprehensive training programs to prepare you for your role. La Mesa, National City, San Diego, Chula Vista and nearby areas. We Are Looking For Candidates Who: Demonstrate a genuine interest in working with children. Have previous experience working with kids (preferred). Are available afternoons and early evenings. Possess bilingual skills (a plus, but not required). Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Can provide proof of immunization records and a TB test. Are willing to undergo a background check. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 50 pounds. Engagement in playing with children, which may require working on the floor or in child-sized settings. Awareness and adherence to the safety of children and their surroundings are essential. Capability for quick movements and sustained physical exertion, potentially lasting up to 45 minutes.
