You align with OFB’s 10-Year Vision and are passionate about achieving it for and with our community. Position Summary: You will join over 45 Community Philanthropy colleagues, working collaboratively to build relationships and mobilize over $40M annually to support OFB’s mission and the Rooted + Rising campaign. Your work will involve engaging media and corporate partners, transitioning food drives to fund drives, and designing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Support the design and implementation of resource mobilization and relationship development strategies. Help plan and execute campaigns, partner events, digital fund drives, and marketing initiatives. Optimize community engagement and shift perceptions about hunger and charity models. Manage relationships with corporate and media sponsors, partners, donors, and volunteers. Collaborate across departments, coordinate projects, and report on activities. Contribute to organizational efforts promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. Skills and Experience Required: Deep passion for eliminating hunger and its root causes. At least 2 years of relevant experience in non-profit fundraising, development, or related fields. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of philanthropic development concepts and proficiency with office and donor management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Multilingual skills and multicultural immersion experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development in equity and racial justice. The Fine Print: Work is performed in an office environment with some travel and outside work responsibilities. May require lifting objects up to 40 pounds, and work outside normal hours during emergencies or weather disruptions. This position does not require a criminal background check.
