Overview Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking full-time Primary Care physicians to join our thriving, well-established primary care practices located throughout Fresno and Clovis. Responsibilities: Perform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings. Review prescription medicines. Review lab results. Treat illness and injuries. Treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and high cholesterol. Refer to specialty care, as needed. Qualifications: Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) required. Licenses and Certifications:
