Come visit our beautiful state-of-the-art Health Center – a modern facility filled with natural light – caring for patients from all communities in the city of Providence. We have an amazing team of clinicians and staff who work collaboratively to care for patients. A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population in Providence: Practice is weekday outpatient primary care – 4 days in clinic; one day of admin time remote. Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership. Lead your team – a dedicated Medical Assistant and an RN. Build a panel to meet your clinical interests. Enhance your cultural competency working with our diverse multi-cultural patient population. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Nurse Practitioners:
5+ years of Primary Care Experience. Interest in community health and patient-centered care. Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Multi-lingual highly valued.
