Pacific Central Coast Health Centers, in partnership with Marian Regional Medical Center (both members of Dignity Health / CommonSpirit Health) is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled BC/BE Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its well-established, fully accredited, community based Cancer Center in Santa Maria, CA. You will deliver comprehensive oncology and hematology careranging from chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies to blood cancer managementwhile collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (surgery, radiation, pathology, imaging, and clinical trials) to create individualized treatment plans. Key Program Highlights
State of the art diagnostics and treatment on site (CT, PET, ultrasound, mammography, DEXA, infusion suites) with seamless access to clinical trials and allied support (psychosocial counseling, nutrition, rehab, lymphedema services).
Robust community outreach, including screening events and educational workshops, with an emphasis on serving underserved populations.
Opportunities to mentor trainees in ACGME accredited Family Medicine and OB/GYN programs and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
Demonstrated clinical excellence, with a preference for experience in clinical research and population health.
Deep commitment to patient centered, compassionate care and active community engagement.
