Configuration Management Specialist II (Finance) Under limited supervision, a CM Specialist II performs varied and potentially complex work in one or more specialty areas of configuration management (CM) or engineering data. The employee will be responsible for: Analyzing engineering change proposals Monitoring contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper application of customer and industry standards and requirements for statements of work Designing, developing, and establishing CM documentation based on program requirements Participating in design reviews, audits, scheduling, budgeting, and related activities Identifying requirements and coordinating the development and implementation of computer-based configuration systems and electronic data support Providing work direction to subordinate personnel, if required Performing other job-related duties as assigned Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or a combination of formal training and at least three years of directly related CM experience, is required. Additional qualifications include proficiency in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications, including electronic data management systems (EDMS). Effective verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
