Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preconstruction Manager - Heavy Utilities located in Denver, CO. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for Leading alternative delivery projects pursuits (CMAR, CMGC, DB), construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting in the heavy utilities sector. Qualifications Construction Estimating and Cost Management skills Design Management and Proposal Writing skills Experience in the heavy utilities sector is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Seniority level
