As a
Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety. You will coordinate with subcontractors and a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, scientists, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will manage project financials, delivery, and client relationships, with opportunities to collaborate with our Sales team to expand our Ports and Maritime portfolio regionally and beyond. We aim to support your growth and fulfillment as we impact the future, both globally and locally.
The preferred candidate location includes Virginia Beach, Richmond, Reston, or Hampton, VA, with significant in-person collaboration in the Virginia Beach area. Relocation assistance may be available.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or related Engineering At least 7 years of experience managing waterfront infrastructure projects Experience in design or design management of waterfront projects or facilities Ability to work with local and remote multidisciplinary teams Experience managing contract documents, design basis, technical specifications, and client deliverables Experience preparing technical and cost proposals Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders
Ideally, you'll also have
Master’s degree in Engineering Salary Range
Minimum: $100,000; Maximum: $130,000. Salary is determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits
