Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Coordinator for our Consumer Products Licensing Team to support the development and execution of merchandise programs across Prime Video and MGM Studios’ content portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support licensing initiatives by participating in partner outreach, pitch meetings, and presentations
Assist with day-to-day communication both internally and externally
Follow up on action items from licensee meetings, inbound requests for information and cross-functional inquiries
Research industry trends, obtain data from internal tools and systems; analyze data to inform decision making across the team
Compile and maintain licensing documents, licensee lists and related materials
Track licensing agreements through to signature, assist with royalty invoicing
Create and manage content release schedules and planning cycles
Contribute to the development of performance reports, business reviews and creative pitch materials; secure required materials as needed
Provide assistance with scheduling and meeting planning as needed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years experience in a Coordinator role
Demonstrated project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects
Track record of meeting deadlines with attention to detail
Curious with a strong desire to learn

Experience in an entertainment, consumer products or a related business
Passionate about television and film and knowledgeable about pop culture trends
Product development experience
Retail and e-commerce knowledge
Comfortable analyzing and synthesizing data

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
