Job Goal: Maintains premises in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred; equivalent or basic ability in communications and computation skills acceptable.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, aptitude, competence and/or skills to satisfactorily meet performance responsibilities and assigned duties.
- Shall meet all physical requirements of the position.
- Black Seal License preferred but not required.
- Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to push minimum 12Q pounds (power cleaning appliances); ability to lift minimum 100 - 150 pounds (trash and supplies).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
