Cost Tracking & Customer Invoicing
Assist in setting up cost tracking processes and procedures prior to starting a project,
set up project costing coding set up cost tracking reports per customer and company requirements
Collect daily foreman logs/timesheets and enter into cost tracking tools
Track craft and supervision labor Track cost of equipment and materials
Provide daily/weekly/monthly job cost reports Prepare and submit customer invoices and manage collections
Maintain labor/equipment/materials costs, markups and customer billing rates
Assist with project budget monitoring and forecasting Assist with EWO management Collect RFP/RFQ estimated from project management and prepare & submit proposals to customers Subcontractor Management
Assemble Subcontractor agreements and route for approvals Collect COI's and W-9's Vendor Management
Provide any required setup documentation Setup vendor in software systems Building Trades Craft Union Management
Manage Union Craft Local's Wage and Fringes Rate Sheets
Collect wage and fringes sheets from craft locals Maintain the most current versions of the wage and fringe sheets in MS Sharepoint Ensure that estimators have the most current sheets Ensure that the payroll system has the most current fringe rates Provide craft wage changes to the payroll administrator Work with payroll administrator to resolve any wage or fringe discrepancies
Prepare and submit monthly craft fringes reports and payments This is a direct hire, full-time role, hiring immediately. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an hour for lunch. Occasional overtime is needed. Expected travel is minimal, but if it does occur, it would be roughly in a 30-mile radius and nothing further. Pay is commensurate with experience, but in the range of $25 to $30 per hour. Health insurance is available after a 90-day probationary period, but retirement options are not available at this time.

High school diploma or equivalent is required Associate's degree in business administration or construction management preferred 5 to 10 years' experience in a construction office environment Familiarity with construction contracts and project management principles Familiarity with building trades craft unions
