UX/UI - Newly created (Must work east coast hours. NO PST candidates)
Currently fully depended on vendors - Brining this person in-house to help with UI/UX to design internal apps and managing existing UI?UX vendors
Required skills:
5+ years of direct experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or complex software environments
Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo UI Tools, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar) for designing and prototyping
Familiarity with WCAG or other accessibility standards and experience building inclusive experiences
Comfort with data-driven design decisions, utilizing analytics or user feedback to refine experiences
