What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of finance experience
Tech experience
Strong foundational background in finance
Responsibilities
Lead budgeting process with department heads
Manage cash flow and forecasting
Analyze variances and provide insights
Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis
Assist in evaluating business investments and growth opportunities
Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals
Drive improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiency
Prepare financial statements and coordinate audits
Ensure compliance with regulations
Mentor team members
Implement accounting systems and internal controls
