This position is tasked with developing and managing a sales pipeline of high-value and transactional accounts, while executing sales and account management strategies to exceed targets. Specifically, this individual will identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective and existing accounts, including senior management and executive teams. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. Key job responsibilities
Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sellers for Multi-channel Distribution (MCD) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD). Consult with sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutions-based selling. Develop and execute pipeline management plans to meet or surpass sales targets. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives. A day in the life
As an Account Rep II, you'll review your seller portfolio, identify growth opportunities, engage in consultative conversations, analyze data, collaborate on product improvements, and prepare for sales review meetings. Your role will require balancing relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution. About The Team
As part of the Fulfillment Recruitment Team, you will work with partner Direct Sales and product teams focused on recruiting and optimizing 3P Sellers for Supply Chain by Amazon. You will be one of seven Account Representatives on this sub-team, working alongside peer teams across the broader Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS), or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales experience. Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses. Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level. Proven success exceeding sales targets through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
