tomorrow ! **Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate Include** Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance customer’s travel experience. Focus on selling and revenue maximization on core products such as damage waivers, fuel options, and vehicle upsells. Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives. Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience. Convert phone inquiries to reservations and rentals. Create positive customer service experiences by listening to and identifying customer needs. Engage customers courteously and professionally, ensuring overall satisfaction. Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business after every rate quote, overcoming objections, and using various sales techniques to secure bookings. Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes. View every customer contact as a sales opportunity and solicit reservations during service calls. **Skills/Experience** Good communication skills in English; fluency in other languages encouraged. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks; excellent organizational and time management skills. Sales, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Proven team collaboration experience. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; overtime as required. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
