What you can expect in your new job

You will independently plan, manage and monitor projects and programs in the field of energy trading and ensure their successful implementation. You manage projects both economically and professionally, ensure efficient use of resources, ensure that budgets are adhered to and promote teamwork. You coordinate customer needs and promote their satisfaction through clear communication. You provide customers with strategic advice and support them in making future-oriented decisions.

What we want from you

You have at least 6 years of experience in IT project management (classic & agile) and have extensive methodological knowledge to manage projects efficiently. You have in-depth industry knowledge, very good knowledge of electricity or gas trading, energy industry processes and relevant IT systems. You communicate proactively and have strong presentation and moderation skills to convey complex content clearly and convincingly. You work in a self-organized and self-initiated manner and think entrepreneurially by recognizing and exploiting opportunities at an early stage. You have experience in the technical management of project teams and use targeted opportunity and risk management to identify and promote potential. You have valid certifications in relevant areas and ideally experience as a product owner or knowledge of IT architectures.
