Torch Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior, Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) located at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL, within the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES). This role supports the Base Maintenance: Integrated Maintenance Data System Central Database (IMDS CDB), Maintenance Scheduling Application Tool (MSAT), Tool Accountability System (TAS), and Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Automated Management System (PAMS). It specifically supports AFLCMC/GBM at Gunter Maxwell in Montgomery, AL. Responsibilities: This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in cybersecurity, responsible for maintaining the operational security posture of the assigned IT systems. The ISSM acts as the primary cybersecurity technical advisor to the AO, PM, and ISO, ensuring cybersecurity integration throughout the IT lifecycle in accordance with DoDI 8510.01. Key responsibilities include: Completing and maintaining required cybersecurity certifications as per AFMAN 17-1305; Ensuring all cybersecurity documentation is current and accessible to authorized personnel; Supporting maintenance of current authorization to operate and implementing corrective actions; Developing and monitoring ISCM strategies; Monitoring security-relevant events and assessing configuration changes; Evaluating security control implementation and reporting security impacts; Providing cybersecurity training and maintaining proper clearances; Ensuring proper acquisition, operation, and disposal of AF IT in compliance with DoD directives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience in the relevant discipline, including five in the DoD, OR 15 years of related experience with appropriate certifications, including eight in the DoD. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
