Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solutions Developer . If you are passionate about creating robust ERP solutions and want to make a significant impact on business processes, we want to hear from you. As a part of our growing engineering team of 20, you'll take ownership of our D365 F&O development and integration initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the
lead D365 F&O developer , responsible for designing, developing, and implementing bespoke solutions that cater to our business requirements. Engage with various stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to effectively gather and refine functional requirements. Develop and sustain
custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and extensions
within D365 F&O to enhance our operational efficiency. Optimize and troubleshoot current implementations to boost the performance and reliability of the system. Facilitate seamless integration between D365 F&O and other essential business systems, including third-party tools. Produce and maintain comprehensive
technical documentation
for all custom solutions and configurations. Offer technical support and guidance to the engineering team as required. Stay abreast of the latest developments, features, and best practices in D365 F&O. Requirements 3+ years of experience
as a D365 F&O developer, showcasing hands-on expertise in customization, extensions, and integrations. Strong command of
X++ programming language , insightful understanding of D365 F&O modules, and system architecture. Expertise in developing solutions tailored to
finance, supply chain, and retail
business processes. Familiarity with
Azure DevOps
for CI/CD pipelines and effective version control. Deep understanding of
SQL Server , database management, and data migration techniques. Knowledge of
Power Platform , including Power Automate and Power Apps, is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team environment. Willingness to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale 2-3 times weekly. Nice-to-Haves Experience with
online retail or e-commerce
systems. Familiarity with
Azure cloud services
and integrations. Knowledge of
reporting tools
such as SSRS or Power BI. Previous experience in a
small-to-medium-sized engineering team .
