This is a PRN position, offering flexible 12-hour day shifts. As an agency RN with Humanedge, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while enjoying the flexibility of a per diem schedule. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, including monitoring vital signs and patient status. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Assess, document, and report patient conditions and progress. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care is optimal and well-coordinated. Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes and treatment options. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the treatment process. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts on a PRN basis.
