to lead finance transformation initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep finance expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. As a Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding financial strategy and overseeing the execution of high-impact projects. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of finance functions across a diverse portfolio of organizations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with client executives to define and execute financial strategies. Identify opportunities for account growth and value creation. Data & Analytics Design data collection frameworks and conduct stakeholder interviews. Analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable insights. Build and present financial models and strategic recommendations. Process Improvement Lead transformation initiatives across key finance areas: FP&A, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Treasury. Implement scalable, efficient processes and operating models. Support M&A integration, shared services, and outsourcing strategies. Team Management Oversee project teams, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Thought Leadership & Business Development Contribute to internal methodologies and intellectual capital. Support proposal development and client acquisition efforts. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 10+ years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on finance transformation, M&A, and process improvement. Proven ability to lead complex engagements and deliver results. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Preferred: MBA or advanced professional qualification. Expertise in financial modeling, benchmarking, and operational analysis. Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Adaptive, and advanced Excel.
