Base pay range
$15.00/hr - $25.00/hr Company Description Manufacturing and distributing high-quality candles, fragrances, bath + body, and skincare. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at HSC Group LLC located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving (both domestic and international), managing inventory of multiple brands, day-to-day operations, improving and streamlining processes, and ensuring excellent customer service and consistent delivery times. Qualifications Operations Management and Team Management skills Analytical Skills Customer Service experience Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Inventory Control and Management Experience Ability to lift 25-40 pounds Seniority level
