General Manager
of V7 Darwin is effectively the CEO of this product, owning its budget, growth targets, and team expansion. Reporting directly to our CEO, Alberto, this individual will work closely with the founders to shape and execute strategic initiatives that will propel V7 Darwin toward $100M+ in revenue. During your first two months, you,
General Manager , will shadow our founders, gaining a deep understanding of our business and recommending actionable strategies for growth. This role is highly entrepreneurial and requires a leader capable of making significant business decisions, driving strategic partnerships, and scaling operations efficiently. Your day to day: Own the P&L, growth strategy, and hiring roadmap for V7 Darwin. Scale V7 Darwin beyond SaaS into a services-enabled AI data platform, leveraging insights from industry leaders. Develop and maintain multi-million-dollar relationships with AI labs and enterprise customers in healthcare, life sciences, and video AI. Position V7 Darwin as the primary provider of human data for generative AI applications in medical diagnostics, cancer research, drug discovery, and robotics. Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and talent teams to optimize resources and accelerate growth. Represent V7 Darwin in high-profile discussions with industry leaders and partners, shaping the next wave of AI innovation. Who you are: A high-caliber entrepreneurial leader with deep experience in AI data and enterprise sales. Proven track record of managing and closing multi-million-dollar deals with AI labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta. Background as a founder (preferably a YC alum in the AI/data-labeling space) or experience at a direct competitor of Darwin. Passion for transforming AI in healthcare and life sciences, with the ability to drive adoption among top enterprises. Experience in high-growth, venture-backed environments, with the ability to scale a business efficiently.
