Position Overview

·servicing for performing and non-performing loans, surveillance, and risk management

·aggregate and report data for loan review and surveillance

·play a key role in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools to enhance reporting, data management, and risk analysis

·interact closely with senior management and third-party service firms

·candidate should have commercial real estate experience, strong analytical and technical capabilities

·position will require the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·strong leadership qualities a plus

Key Responsibilities

·proactively managing the special servicer watchlist

·identify potential risks using AI-powered predictive analytics and other data-driven methodologies

·collaborate with asset management

·perform data integration functions, new portfolio onboarding, and other data transformation

• design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, models, and system templates to enhance compliance, asset management, rating agency reporting, investor reporting, and underwriting processes.
• assist in the system change management process, including quality assurance functions and user acceptance testing
• participate in industry initiatives and committees ensuring the firm’s interests are represented
• educate firm about servicing trends and regulatory changes

Skills & Experience

• bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, data analytics, or a related field or relevant business experience
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• strong familiarity with AI applications in risk management, data analytics, and process automation is a plus
• excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• highly organized with keen attention to detail
