Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Data Entry: Inputting information from legal documents into databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
•Data Management: Organizing and maintaining legal documents and records, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
•Quality Control: Verifying the accuracy of entered data, identifying and correcting errors.
•Documentation: Maintaining records and logs of completed work.
•Client Support: Assisting with client information management, including updating records and preparing reports.
•Compliance: Ensuring data entry adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
•Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive legal information.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring the integrity of legal data.
•Typing Speed and Accuracy: Proficiency in typing
•Proficiency in Legal Terminology: Understanding common legal terms and concepts is beneficial.
•Computer Literacy: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data management software.
•Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize a large volume of legal documents and data.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with legal teams and clients.
•Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive information.
•Data Entry Software: Familiarity with legal case management systems and other data entry software.
Pay Rate Range: $20-29/hr depending on experience
