As a Business Intelligence Architect, you will be responsible for designing, solutioning, developing and leading developers creating reports and dashboards delivery to clients. Job Responsibilities: • Architecting complex solutions based on client’s custom requirements. • Help the developers create and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence applications using IBM Cognos Analytics • Create BI solutions leveraging data form Cloud data warehouses like Snowflake • Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases. • Analyze and understand business requirements to design and develop effective reports and dashboards. • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation • Define best practices for reporting, data visualization and analytics solutions • Implement data security, role base access controls and compliance measures with BI platforms • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Cognos environments. • Collaborate with the business stakeholders to understand their information needs and provide insights. • Provide technical support to end-users on report and dashboard related issues. • Participate in project planning and provide input to the design and development process. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cognos issues, providing expert-level support. • Oversee the migration and upgrade of Cognos environments. • Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
