Account Executive with 3-5 years of ad agency experience
to help lead key accounts, build strong client relationships, and co-create campaigns that truly drive results. What You’ll Do: Lead key accounts and manage day-to-day client relationships. Collaborate with our talented creative team to deliver on-time, on-budget projects that exceed expectations. Bring strategic insights and tactical execution to every account you touch. Mentor junior team members and be a driving force for growth — for our clients and our agency. What We’re Looking For: A detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A relationship builder who can own and drive clients’ business success. A creative thinker with the organizational chops to juggle multiple accounts seamlessly. Chicago-based professionals ready to work on-site 5 days a week in our River North office. Qualifications Include: 3-5 years of ad agency experience (required). Expertise in managing multiple clients, timelines, and workflows. Presentation skills and the ability to sell and defend agency work. An interest in mentoring junior account team members is a plus!
