Position Summary
Davis Polk is looking for a meticulous associate to work with our UCC counsel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Document management on secured transactions
- Review of UCC financing statements
- Review of lien searches
- Review of perfection certificates and security documents
- Conduct research
- Coordination with legal assistants and attorneys in the Finance group.
Qualifications/Position Requirements
- While UCC experience is helpful, previous UCC experience is not required.
- Experience working on corporate transactions is preferred.
- Excellent drafting and research skills.
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and JD required.
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position ranges from $120,000 -- $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Davis Polk offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
