Wayzata Kids Site Manager - Long Term Reserve/Substitute JobID: 10696 Position Type: School Age Child Care Date Posted: 4/15/2025 Location: Kimberly Lane Elementary School Wayzata Kids Site Manager at Kimberly Lane Elementary (Long term sub) Hours: 8 daily hours (Monday through Friday) This is a long-term substitute position from August 11-mid November. Starting rate of pay: $32.27 Position Description : The Wayzata Kids Site Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Wayzata Kids (before and after school) program at Kimberly Lane Elementary School. The Site Manager supervises the Wayzata Kids site staff, supports students and families, and collaborates with our Youth Classes Specialist to offer youth classes at their site. We are looking for an energetic individual who demonstrates that they are well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to the needs of the program, staff, and children. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to build relationships, and experience in conflict resolution. Good knowledge of child development (preschool - fifth grade), restitution, and teaching of social skills is required. The candidate must demonstrate positive and effective working relationships with children, staff, families, administration, and the school community. Experience with School Age Care site leadership, certification, and special needs is preferred. Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree and at least five years of experience in school age care preferred. • FA/CPR/CPI training preferred.
