The IKC Program Management team is responsible for managing program outcomes for our high-growth national VBC business with over $5B of medical spend under management. We are a highly motivated, fast-paced team with extensive experience in operations, managed care, and consulting, and are at the center of DaVita’s strategy to evolve from fee for service to value based care. We work in a collaborative environment with a differential focus on both professional and personal growth.The Manager – IKC Strategy is a key member of this team responsible for driving quality performance and growth in all of our VBC programs (public and private). This individual will need to bring a mix of strategy and operational pragmatism to understand what it takes to outperform and then translate that into operational strategies that drive clinical and financial results.
