Job Summary
Medical Receptionists interact with patients, handle data entry, schedule appointments, and support effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phones
- Greet patients and vendors
- Check-in/out patients, collect insurance info
- Enter data into EHR systems
- Schedule appointments
- Collect balances and copays
- Provide patient support
- Maintain a safe work environment

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with medical terminology is a plus
