About The Role We are seeking 10 dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to support a high-impact initiative at our client's Campus Support Center in Glendale, CA . This is a project based assignment designed to bolster their team of 8 full-time employees during a critical project phase. As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in patient outreach and care coordination, helping to improve health outcomes and streamline services. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your communication skills and healthcare knowledge will make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients for: Pharmacy refill confirmations Annual wellness visit scheduling Emergency Room (ER) outreach for frequent visitors New authorization follow-ups Support additional projects as assigned by leadership Maintain accurate records and data entry in Excel and internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support Required Skills & Experience Customer Service in a healthcare or call center environment Experience with care coordination/patient communication, insurance & benefit verification, and prior authorization processing Experience with project coordination or management is a plus Data Entry with high accuracy Excel Proficiency: Must be able to hide, copy, paste, and filter data Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows Qualifications/What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Team player with a proactive mindset The ideal candidate will have experience in a Patient Service Representative, Healthcare Administrative, or Healthcare Call Center role Ability to work Monday-Saturday the first two months. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
