Summary: ASAE helps associations, and the professionals who lead, manage, and work in them, transform society through the power of collaboration. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Associate Manager for the Learning Team. The Manager, Community Engagement will serve as the primary point of contact for the online member communities. This role will coordinate and execute engaging webinars and drive engagement, manage community content, and ensure seamless member experience. They will analyze trends and insights from community interactions to inform and enhance our organizational strategy. Online Community Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online community platform. Coordinate with marketing on site design and expanding awareness and participation. Provide training and resources for internal and external audiences regarding community usage. Create and curate content to keep the community current and active. Engage with community members to build and nurture online communities and foster engagement. Address community issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Work closely with other departments to align community activities with organizational goals. Track and analyze the performance of community engagement and provide regular reports on key metrics. Monitor communities and conversation patterns to identify useful business intelligence. Member Engagement Platform:
Create and execute digital communications utilizing our member engagement platform (PropFuel). Follow-up with member responses as needed. Serve as liaison with vendor Client Success Manager(s). Develop campaign tracking and success reports for Membership team. Volunteer-led Webinar Program Management: Develop and manage volunteer-led webinar process map and calendar in collaboration with the Learning team. Manage volunteer-led webinar logistics from registration to post-webinar follow-up. Coordinate with the ASAE Learning Team on registration processes, webinar guidelines, and on-demand strategy. Work closely with the Volunteer Engagement Team to ensure the successful promotion and execution of all webinars. Track and analyze webinar participation and provide regular reports on key metrics. Identify emerging trends and insights from webinar data to inform and enhance future content and programming.
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or commensurate experience. Experience with Higher Logic community platform. Experience in managing webinars or virtual events. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for community building and volunteer engagement. Knowledge of best practices in online community engagement and virtual event management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
