Responsibilities Ability To Understand and navigate goals, deliverables, timelines, and technologies used by development teams. Gather information to recommend, develop, and implement technical curricula (e-learning courses, workshops). Create self-serve content and experiment with bite-sized learning for quick adoption, partnering with developer advocates. Instruct and/or deliver technical training content as needed. Lead, influence, and impact individuals at multiple organizational levels. Identify, evaluate, and maintain learning resources for program sustainability. Manage learning roadmaps for various technologies. Think strategically in complex environments. Track and manage issues and risks proactively. Build strong relationships internally and externally. Develop instructor-led materials including slides, guides, notes, and study aids. Collaborate with SMEs to provide demos, recorded lectures, and eLearning content. Possess extensive knowledge of eLearning principles, adult learning theory, instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick). Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, RISE, Articulate360, Camtasia, and Evolve tools. Experience with design thinking and customer needs analysis is preferred. Manage complex group dynamics and adapt content and priorities accordingly. Drive effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders. Develop methods to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze KPIs. Possess advanced facilitation skills for large group discussions and leadership coaching. Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus. How you will lead Lead initiatives from assessment to execution, building technical curricula aligned with organizational goals. Promote customer-driven innovation, rapid experimentation, and iteration. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to assess needs and develop growth opportunities. Review and improve current training materials and approaches. Facilitate and coach workshops and sessions. Train leaders to facilitate and coach. Develop processes and materials for global program rollouts. Manage vendor relationships and budgets. Provide consulting on business partnerships. Foster an environment of innovation and smart risk-taking. Organize events like onboarding, hackathons, and demos to promote engineering culture and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Software Development, Instructional Design, Program Management, Curriculum Development, or related technical fields. Strong project management skills, including prioritization, planning, and multitasking, with end-to-end thinking.
