We are seeking a highly motivated Land Acquisition professional with experience in sourcing deals across the homebuilding and/or multi-family sectors for a client in the Nashville, Tennessee (TN) area market.
This valued land professional will identify, source, and secure homebuilding site opportunities for self-development or lot purchase within the Nashville market.
This is a great opportunity for a current Land Acquisition professional seeking a new challenge, initiative, or growth opportunity, or an established Land Acquisition professional seeking greater responsibility, oversight, and long-term career growth.
Volume-based residential homebuilding experience is preferred. Experience in commercial, mixed-use, or urban infill projects is also considered.
A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Real Estate, Planning, Construction, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
