Overview
Assist in all areas of preparation and serving of food. The dietary aide also performs a variety of cleaning related duties and works with all other personnel in the dietary department to ensure that the preparation and cleanup of meals flows smoothly. As a dietary aide you are to work in an efficient manner, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by your manager and/or the Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
