As a Salesforce.com Solution Architect, you will lead enterprise implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. You will serve as the main client contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, guiding decisions to align with business goals and recommending strategies to drive progress. Your Key Responsibilities Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures affecting your work area and broader business functions. Use judgment to select methods and evaluate results. Skills And Attributes For Success Design and architect e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements. Develop technical specifications and system documentation. Lead development teams, ensuring best practices. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications. Mentor junior developers and stay updated on industry trends. Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in code reviews. To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor’s degree (4-year) 4-6 years of relevant e-commerce development experience, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Strong communication skills and ability to lead conversations across all levels. Deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as needed. Ideally, you’ll also have A degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s preferred. Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is a plus. Consulting experience and additional certifications are highly valued.
