UX/CX Specialist
who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating opportunities to constantly evolve and improve digital interactions and web content strategies. The UX/CX Specialist will deliver seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in a customer journey, helping the bank continually achieve greater customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and profitability through digital channels. In this role, you will understand and summarize customer needs, expectations, and pain points as they engage with the Mascoma Bank website, content, and digital products. You will collaborate with the CX Manager to build and deliver exceptional experiences that align with our brand and mission. Additionally, you will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet performance metrics and create high-quality digital interactions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, website management, or customer service is required. The successful candidate will be proficient in UX/CX practices, content strategy, and content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. The UX/CX Specialist should have a customer-focused, data-driven mindset, utilizing web analytics tools like Google Analytics to understand customer behavior. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset. All team members must maintain confidentiality and privacy.
