Job Description FOX Sports seeks an Associate Producer to strengthen our social team. This role involves shaping the voice of our social accounts, creating and executing daily social strategies, and defining FOX Sports’ social coverage across multiple sports. Responsibilities include producing social content such as graphics, videos, and content ideation, as well as graphic design, story development, livestream and linear show production, talent prep, and video shooting / directing. You will also leverage data to inform programming priorities, plan content, and report on success metrics. Ultimately, the Associate Producer will be a key player in managing digital content across various platforms for multiple sports properties. A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities Support the production of soccer, college football, and podcast content, including graphic production, editing, story development, show production, talent prep, and video shooting / directing. Create original live content and VOD, highlighting key moments from sports for digital platforms in real-time. Design and distribute social graphics, images, and videos around live events and sport-specific coverage, including talent-specific content. Use data to report successes and assist in creating weekly content plans. Coordinate content across screens—TV, web, app, livestream, and social media. Assist the social lead in building relationships with sales, marketing, programming, digital, linear, studio, and other teams. Oversee daily responsibilities of interns and freelancers. What You Will Need 4+ years of experience in digital / social content creation or production. Knowledge of digital platforms and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, TikTok. Effective communication skills with talent, athletes, team managers, event staff, and producers. Proficiency in copywriting, social ideation, and content creation. Strong skills in Photoshop and Premiere, with video editing expertise. Critical thinking regarding newsworthiness, source verification, and risk assessment. Extensive knowledge of storylines, trends, stats, and players in soccer, college football, and other sports FOX broadcasts. Ability to create and ideate digital content under tight deadlines. Willingness to work nights and weekends during sports events. Nice to Have but Not a Dealbreaker Experience with After Effects.
