Full Time Overview: Pathway is seeking a digital marketing analyst (or senior analyst) to add to its growing marketing operations team. This role will be primarily focused on marketing technology, including Salesforce administration plus additional digital marketing responsibilities.
Only candidates with Salesforce experience will be considered
. The marketing operations team is responsible for communicating Pathway and its solutions to institutional investors and consultants in the private markets, as well as providing client service support. Pathway is a leading private market fund-solutions provider, with a team of ~250 individuals globally and more than $90 billion in assets under management. Key Responsibilities: System administration – Manage and maintain Salesforce, RFP software, and content management systems. Utilize Salesforce to the fullest potential by designing and implementing settings, workflows, data standards, customizations, etc. Provide regular and ad hoc training on Salesforce for Pathway professionals across multiple teams. Manage intake and prioritization of requests and suggestions from users. Analyze CRM data and outcomes and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiencies. Liaise with Marketing RFP Specialist on management of content library within Salesforce. Manage relationships with external web developers and systems account reps. Support third-party data integration within marketing systems. Work with marketing team to implement and manage digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO strategy. Up to 20% of the role may be involved in supporting other marketing activities, as needed, including but not limited to: data requests, presentation creation, content management, and ad hoc requests. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce and other marketing systems. Strong proficiency in Salesforce (preference for Salesforce certification; e.g., Administrator) Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask. Aptitude for fostering relationships and collaborating with global teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
