Denholtz is seeking a creative, digitally fluent Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. This role will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across both our multifamily portfolio and corporate platform, helping drive brand visibility, leasing performance, and investor engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing (social media, SEO, website content, digital ads), excellent copywriting skills, and a strategic mindset that brings fresh ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Multifamily Marketing (Primary Focus) Manage social media strategy and day-to-day posting for 7 separately branded multifamily properties Build and maintain each property’s website (updates, SEO, photography, promotions) Create and execute digital leasing campaigns including seasonal offers, referral programs, and paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Design marketing materials (flyers, signage, digital ads) in Canva or similar tools Collaborate with leasing and on-site teams to align digital campaigns with occupancy goals Train and support on-site property staff on social media best practices, content gathering, and brand consistency Monitor property-level performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools Corporate Marketing Support (Secondary Focus) Support Denholtz’s overall brand awareness by creating and implementing digital campaigns (e.g., investor-focused Google Ads, website SEO updates, content ideas) Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Associate on digital aspects of PR and investor campaigns Assist in managing Denholtz’s corporate social channels (LinkedIn and Instagram), including scheduling posts and engagement Help execute HubSpot email campaigns and track audience engagement Digital Campaign Development Proactively develop and pitch digital marketing initiatives that support leasing velocity, brand positioning, or investor growth Research new digital trends, tools, or channels that may enhance performance Maintain a monthly analytics dashboard to track KPIs across multifamily and corporate initiatives Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate or consumer-facing industries Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and digital campaign execution Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Google Ads Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads manager and performance tracking Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand tone and visual consistency Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across distinct brands #J-18808-Ljbffr
