Scope:
The Recruiter will collaborate as a team player, develop and execute methods for the full cycle of recruiting activities, such as identifying, sourcing, assessing, and attracting top-tier talent for the organization. The role also involves developing new business and client relationships. This is a full desk recruiting and sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic plans for relationship building and business development in the assigned market.
- Analyze applications for all vacancies, assist managers in developing interviews, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks when required.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in database management systems.
- Develop marketing proposals for social media outreach and conferences (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Build and foster relationships with C-Level managers.
- Handle calls and requests from prospective candidates and organizations seeking employment or placements.
- Identify and offer consultative services such as hiring, outplacement services, and succession planning.
- Prepare hiring managers for candidate interviews with detailed candidate information and conduct debrief discussions to gather feedback and adjust strategies.
- Meet and exceed the company’s established goals.
- Deliver presentations to large audiences and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, C-Store, QSR, Private Equity, or CPG industries, or a solid recruiting background.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proven track record of growing sales and acquiring new business.
- Ability to build relationships with C-Level management.
- Experience in hiring, recruiting, and leadership.
- Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Experience delivering quality presentations via conferences, Microsoft Teams, etc.
