Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain Records:
Keep precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure continuity of service. Provide Support:
Assist customers through enrollment processes and guide them in choosing the best energy solutions. Promote Green Energy:
Enlighten customers on the advantages of our community solar and third-party energy options. Qualifications Educational Background:
High school diploma/GED is required; a degree in a related field is preferred. Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong skills in problem-solving to address and resolve customer needs efficiently. Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
