Job Summary
The Director of Strategy & Operations (Architecture and Growth) will report to the SVP DPS Architecture, Innovation and Growth and provide strategic leadership, operational efficiencies, and decision-making support to enhance the impact of the department across the enterprise. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to NH leaders in DPS and Novant Health Enterprises, managing a wide range of business tasks to extend the department's reach, and ensuring alignment on key priorities. The Director will collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies, roadmaps, oversee project delivery, and lead strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Business Management or Administration acceptable with IT experience. Experience:
At least 7 years in business operations, strategy, or consulting, with strong organizational agility in a matrixed environment. Proven strategic thinker with experience in strategy execution and decision-making. Licensure/Certification:
PMP or PgMP preferred; Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred. Additional Skills:
Flexibility, influence without authority, change leadership, urgency, excellent communication, complexity simplification, and discretion with sensitive information. The responsibilities and qualifications are aligned with the role's requirements, focusing on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
