The Opportunity The Director, Business Operations & Strategy - GTM Strategy will be responsible for the development and execution of Kandji’s go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will partner very closely with our CEO, CRO and CMO to grow the Kandji business, roll out best-in-class sales processes, improve Sales and Marketing efficiency, and provide analytical business insights. This role will work out of our San Francisco office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and either in-office or remotely 2 days (Monday and Friday). Our office is at 100 1st Street (next to the Salesforce Tower). How you will make a difference day to day
Drive overall GTM strategy that allows us to exceed our ARR goals efficiently. Analyze internal data to develop business insights and recommendations. Incorporate best practices from B2B SaaS companies into Kandji’s GTM motion. Build segment-specific GTM strategies and playbooks. Contribute to GTM planning and be a strategic thought partner to Operations, Revenue, and Marketing. Advise on new Sales and Marketing compensation policies that drive results. Minimum Qualifications
MBA from a top-tier school. 8+ years of total work experience with at least 2+ years in consulting and 2+ years in GTM Strategy for a top-tier B2B SaaS company. Strong quantitative skills and analytical rigor. Exceptional ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams from a position of influence/partnership, with experience supporting C-level executives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a heightened focus on attention to detail; strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and independence. Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment. Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 a year. These requirements are for the strongest, ideal candidate.
