Role Description We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Brand Partnership Sales Director to lead and grow our corporate sponsorship and brand activation revenue for
PRIMETIME Sports
and
Ticketón
. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing brand deals with national and regional partners who want to connect with the U.S. Hispanic consumer through music, sports, and live events. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a brand partnership sales strategy aligned with Ticketón and
PRIMETIME’s
growth goals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of brand and agency relationships across CPG, beverage, telecom, automotive, and financial services. Secure multi-channel brand deals including event sponsorships, digital and social campaigns, on-site activations, branded content, and experiential on-site campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, and promoter teams to deliver seamless activations and measurable results. Support the overall sales process in the Partnerships department. This includes assessing new business opportunities, working on recaps, and brainstorming sessions to create the best go-to-market strategies. Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Prepare and execute annual sales plans, forecast sales, and track performance against target. Qualifications 7+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or integrated marketing at a media company, entertainment firm, sports property, or agency. Multicultural experience is a must. Deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market and its value to advertisers. Knowledge of music and soccer landscape, with a specific focus on Liga MX Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish) Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers and prospects Strong existing relationships with brands and media/creative agencies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Medical Salary Range We carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, relevant experience, and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation for this role is $80,000+ per year. This position is an exempt position with additional compensation available through competitive commission opportunities.
