Position Summary
This position serves as a member of the NYU Tandon Online unit working in line with the Marketing and Enrollment team. The Enrollment Counselor is primarily responsible for implementing online student services for the online graduate and Bridge to Tandon program. Recruits, evaluates, and participates in the selection of candidates for admission. Maintains liaison with all organizations and individuals involved in the admissions process. Develops public presentations designed to promote the institution. Advises parents and applicants about educational planning and processes. Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience: 2-3 years related experience Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Project management, organization and interpersonal skills. Experience and comfort with public speaking; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Administrative and data entry experience; ability to work accurately and consistently with detailed information. Organizational skills and strong attention to detail Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with email marketing software, webinar systems, knowledge of SQL and HTML experience.
