Position Overview
The Head of Investment Grade (IG) Credit Research will lead a global team of analysts, overseeing credit underwriting processes and formulating sector strategies to support investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore credit analysts.
- Oversee a rigorous credit underwriting process ensuring high-quality assessments.
- Develop sector-specific strategies to support investment decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable recommendations to investment teams.
- Engage with external stakeholders to enhance research perspectives.
- Communicate credit views and investment recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in credit research with a proven leadership track record.
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and fixed-income markets.
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex insights.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred; CFA designation is a plus.

Compensation
